  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, we grant to you a limited, nonexclusive license to use the SchoolNews service.


  • You agree not to use any automated technique(robots, crawlers, etc.) to download data from this site. This would be for use as specified below and does not apply to search engines.


  • By using the database you agree not to:
    • Post bulletins or messages that are selling products. We will remove all sales solicitations from the bulletin boards and chat pages if found.
    • Post messages that advertise other alumni directories. We will remove these messages.
    • Post messages that contain email addresses. We have a membership option that allows people to contact you directly if they choose. We will remove these messages.
    • use data obtained from the database for product or service sales solicitations.
    • use any data obtained from the database as part of an Internet content offering.
    • sell or freely distribute any information from the database.
    • incorporate data from the database into any e-mail or other Phonebook type (computer or printed) product or service.
    • use the information in the database to intentionally offend any person who entered the data.


  • You agree not to enter any data that is unlawful, or that violates or infringes any trademark, copyright, etc.

  • You agree not to knowingly enter any data which is false or misleading at the time of entry.
  • We reserve the right to remove any data from the database at any time and for any or no reason. This would typically apply to obvious misuse.

  • We do not control the integrity or quality of any of the data contained in the database. SchoolNews will not be liable for any damages of any kind incurred as a result of the data contained in the database or use of this service.

  • We reserve the right to revoke access to any user or group of users to the database, at any time, and for any reason or no reason.

  • We reserve the right to use advertising banners where appropriate to provide additional services to our guests.

  • We reserve the right to send Email to participating users to announce new features, related topics, etc. Automatic email updates may contain advertisements, we may optionally allow you to decide to not receive this Email.
